Not having been to the South Island previously, I used NZ Tourist Board’s website for details on a number of car hire firms. Without doubt, Sue was the most helpful person we contacted and always came back with quick answers to the questions we raised (which were numerous!). She was always prepared to go ‘the extra mile’. It is for her service that we have booked the car via yourselves and I believe that good service should be highlighted.
I just wanted to thank you so very much for the excellent service we received from you when booking our car rentals at Christmas time. the gentleman was at Wellington Airport with both cars and the handover was so smooth. Our return of the cars was equally “hassle free”. The cars were great to travel in, and it really did make our trip just that much easier.
